TERM OF SERVICE
PLEASE TAKE A FEW MINUTES TO READ!
Once you have booked me to draw a commission, it means you have agreed to my TOS.
GENERAL RULES
- I draw my own art style so I will not accept requests to draw in someone else's art style.
- Please be responsible for your commission slot and do not request to cancel after taking a slot.
- The price I set for my commission is up to me, I do not accept price negotiation.
- Do not remove my signature watermark from your commission.
- I have the right to refuse to draw or cancel your commission if I feel uncomfortable working with you or the character is too difficult for my level.
- My current commission price is only for personal use, commercial price x2.
- Do not feed my art to AI in any form.
- You can request me not to post your commission, I always publicly post commission if the customer does not request not to post.

IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM MAY 2026
All commission types starting in May 2026 will be gacha/skeb (surprise me)
- All types of commissions will be shaded.
- You won't be able to request poses, expressions, ideas, etc.
- You need to tell me clearly about the character's personality when you order my commission so that I can draw their expressions more accurately.
- I will send you the progress of the artwork if necessary so you can check if their design is correct.
- I only fix things if I've made a mistake or drawn the wrong design for your character.
- I don't have a consistent drawing style, which means you can't expect me to draw exactly the same style I've used before.
- Therefore, when you order my commission, you are giving me complete creative freedom regarding your character.
REFUND
After 5 months you can ask about the commission progress and request a refund if I have not given you any updates.
Please give me 1 week to refund you due to personal and private reasons.
ARTIST REQUESTS A REFUND
- I reserve the right to terminate your commission at my discretion if I am no longer able to continue or comfortable working with you.
- If I am the one who proactively requests a refund before I have even started drawing for you, I will refund 100% of the amount you have paid.CUSTOMER REQUESTS REFUND
- You cannot request a refund if less than 5 months have passed since you ordered my commission.
- If you request a refund after the sketch or lineart is complete, I will only refund 70% of the total commission.
- I do not accept refunds after the picture has been colored.
- Sketch/Lineart after being refunded is not allowed to continue, which means you are not allowed to color it yourself and IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO FEED MY DRAWINGS TO AI (Artificial Intelligence).
PAYMENT
- I only accept 100% payment before I draw but sometimes to ensure trust I will ask you to send me only 50% of the amount first and the remaining 50% later depending on the case.
- For USD prices I only accept payment via Paypal (first priority) and Kofi.
- I accept payment by Alipay and Wechat Pay (ask).
