Once you have booked me to draw a commission, it means you have agreed to my TOS.
GENERAL RULES
- I draw my own art style so I will not accept requests to draw in someone else's art style.
- Please be responsible for your commission slot, please do not request to cancel after taking a slot.
- The price I set for my commission is up to me, I do not accept price negotiation.
- I have the right to refuse to draw or cancel your commission if I feel uncomfortable working with you or the character is too difficult for my level.
- My current commission price is only for personal use, commercial price x2.
- Do not feed my art to AI in any form.
- You can request me not to post your commission, I always publicly post commission if the customer does not request not to post.

- Heavy gore, viscera
PROGRESS
Order > Sketch on paper > Digital lineart > Flat color > Finalize the final stage.
- The ordering stage is when you need to let me know what you need me to draw, including information about the character you ordered.
- If you do not give me enough information at the ordering stage, I will draw according to my wishes. After the sketch, you can only request to change the character's details, but the pose will not change (the price to change the pose will be 20% of the commission price you ordered).
- You can ask me to fix until you are satisfied at the sketch stage. After this stage, I will color it and it will be very difficult to fix the detailed lineart, so I will not accept to fix the details after coloring unless it is a small detail that does not affect the fixing too much.
REFUND
After 2 months you can ask about the commission progress and request a refund if I have not given you any updates. Please give me 1 week to refund you due to personal and private reasons.
ARTIST REQUESTS A REFUND
- I reserve the right to terminate your commission at my discretion if I am no longer able to continue or comfortable working with you.
- If I am the one who proactively requests a refund before I have even started drawing for you, I will refund 100% of the amount you have paid.CUSTOMER REQUESTS REFUND
- If you are the one who requests a refund before I start drawing for you, I will only refund 80%.
- I will only refund 60% of the amount if you request a refund after having a complete sketch or lineart.
- I do not accept refunds after the picture has been colored.
- Sketch/Lineart after being refunded is not allowed to continue, which means you are not allowed to color it yourself and IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO FEED MY DRAWINGS TO AI (Artificial Intelligence).
PAYMENT
- I only accept 100% payment before I draw but sometimes to ensure trust I will ask you to send me only 50% of the amount first and the remaining 50% later depending on the case.
- For USD prices I only accept payment via Paypal (first priority) and Kofi.
